Senator Woelfel moved to amend the amendment on page 4, section 18, line 73, after the word "services" by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided further, That in no case shall an honorably discharged veteran of the armed forces of the United States, of the National Guard, or of a reserve component as described in 38 U.S.C. § 101 be confined in jail for a violation of any provision of this subsection.
